How do I stop my background image from tiling?

I am re-designing a webpage using Microsoft Expression Web 3, and can't figure out how to keep my table background image from tiling. I only want one Image, not the tile. Please help.

Right click on blank area of desktop

choose properties

Desktop Tab

Change drop down from "Tiled" to whatever you want it as
