How to Import Wine in United States / NY?

I want to import wine from another country so that I can distribute it to other stores, but I don't know the legal forms I have to fill out.

Please don't just tell me to go to the TTB website I tried that and there are a billion forms.

Which forms do I need to fill out the state and the Federal, give me websites or specific names please, not just : " OH man you need to fill out a ton of paperwork!" I already know that.

Just go to Customs. They will supply all the paperwork you will need. with exception to State papers. NY will require application to Liquor Control board for license.

You are talking quantity here that you are wanting to resell, so unfortunately, you will need to go through a Customs Broker to do this. You can just call one or the US Customs and they will walk you through this. Or you can go online to http://www.customs.ustreas.gov/.
