How do I avoid the online polls?

Whenever I try to watch something like american dad/ family guy, they always make me take a poll first (which is an obvious scam, they make you enter in a credit card number/ home address)

how do I get around those?

Use reputable sites. For newer episodes go to Hulu or Fox and watch direct from there. For older ones you can buy them from iTunes, or use Netflix.
